The ornaments are all in packs, tied up and wrapped. You can see three of the packs here on my stone. I use one sort from each pack for the display of that ornament in the book, and in some cases a few more to make the arrangements which appear in the book.

These are very much important and rare antiques. This type will never be cast again having survived the closure of OUP's historic Printing House in 1989. It's a privilege to be able to use it and there is an obligation to use it as little as possible.
