This is my very dilapidated copy of the booklet that was issued by J. Barcham Green Ltd. in 1953.

The text was printed on their Medieval Demy, and the cover in Imperial Buff Crisbrook. Our reprint has the text on Finale and the cover in Chatham Vellum, with a case covered in Antique Rose.
