The open solander box of illustrations | A simple satin tape allows the illustrations to be lifted out of the box to avoid damage. |

Images and index sheets in the solander box | Each of the 72 illustrations, including the 66 watercolours, is printed on its own A4 sheet of Somerset 100% cotton paper. Index sheets provide details by chapter. |
